AGBC Frankfurt Annual General Meeting

The Board of the American-German Business Club, Frankfurt, invites you to attend, and participate in, our Annual General Meeting.

Intended for members to hear a review of the past year, a preview of the upcoming year, and reports on overall cub business. We will also have a dinner and plenty of time to meet up with old friends and make new connections. Guests are warmly welcome to join us at both the meeting and the dinner.

Though there are no elections planned for this year (board elections will be fall/winter 2026), we do require a quorum of 10% of our membership to attend in order to hold our meeting and accept the protocol of our last meeting. Proxy votes are available, please see below.

What if I’m not a member?

There’s plenty of time to become a member! Click below to sned in your membership application and participate in our meeting.

What if I am a member and cannot attend?

We encourage you to send us your proxy vote by filling out the below form. Each member present can fill in as proxy for 3 additional members, and your proxy will be assigned to someone present.

However because of our quorum rules, we encourage you to join us to make sure we meet our number!
